Thinking specifically over-thinking. can lead to many problems. Thinking too much can cause you to believe those who love you don't love you, believe you can't do something that is within your capability, or believe that you are not good enough. It can also, however, lead to amazing discoveries or inventions. The only way thinking is troublesome is if you it incorrectly. Do not dwell on things you can´t change and change the things you can.
